I have been thinking a lot about how easily we can get distracted by this world. Things that begin as innocent little thoughts or ideas soon consume every aspect of our lives. Proverbs 4:23 says, " Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life." The Message Bible puts it this way... "Keep vigilant watch over your heart; that's where life starts."

I think it is a really good testimony to why we have to guard both our minds and our hearts. My favorite line in this song is "Thoughts invade, choices are made, a price will be paid, when you give yourself away. People never crumble in a day. It's a slow fade."
