Cinnamon-Sugar Scones


Ingredients:

3 cups biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup cinnamon chips (or chocolate or white chocolate chips)
2-3 Tbsp cinnamon sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. 
  2. Mix baking mix and sugar.
  3. Whisk together yogurt, milk and vanilla. Then add wet ingredients to dry just until moistened. 
  4. Stir in cinnamon chips. 
  5. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough gently 10 times. 
  6. Pat into a 9 inch circle. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and cut into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
