Ingredients:
3 cups biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup cinnamon chips (or chocolate or white chocolate chips)
2-3 Tbsp cinnamon sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix baking mix and sugar.
- Whisk together yogurt, milk and vanilla. Then add wet ingredients to dry just until moistened.
- Stir in cinnamon chips.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead dough gently 10 times.
- Pat into a 9 inch circle. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and cut into 8 wedges. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
